There are three ways to obtain an outfit:
1. In the arena, use the lucky draw to smash jars to receive character outfit with different attributes and grades.
2. Use the item synthesizing function. Place the outfit at the main item slot, then there're chances to synthesize a new character outfit. 
3. Find outfit on sale in the trade market.
