There are 150 floors for single-person battle in Las Noches. When the player enter the stage to start challenge, you can get the exp after you’ve passed the stage. And the exp can be accumulated. You can get total exp till you give up or finish all the 150 floors’ challenges.

While passing the stage, players can use exp props to gain additional exp.  Such as VIP exp prop.
